    I placed an order on May 2, 2024, for writing services and paid $100.73 towards a total amount of $138.63 (including a redeemed amount of $37.90 and a life discount of $1.39). The order was not completed by the deadline, and I have not received the service at all. I have repeatedly requested a refund via email, but despite promises, I have not received it. Additionally, I am unable to log into my account on their website due to an error.

    On 4/23/23, I ordered a document service from Cheapest Essay. All instructions and criteria were set forth, and payment was made via my debit card for $48.65. The deadline to have my edited document to me was 4/28/23. Since no document or updates have been provided. I have attempted to contact the service via the listed phone number numerous times and left VMs each time, with no return call. I emailed from two different email accounts inquiring about my document; I was only responded to once on 4/26/23 @ 7:43 pm, letting me know "it would be looked into" The business then asked for my order number. I supplied two screenshots of my receipts/information. I haven't gotten any more information or responses on my completed project, nor been offered a refund. Called on 4/26/23 and 4/27/23-No answer or return calls. This could be a scam.

    Attached are screenshots of my calls to the company and emails. I can also get the original receipt from my bank. Please let me know if you need any additional information or questions.
