    I hired JT Ventures based on **** ******* and BBB reviews. I hired John to install 6 interior doors. Instead of John doing the work, he sent his inexperienced nephew David to do the job. John T********* sat in his truck and surfed the internet the ENTIRE time.
    David cut my doors crooked, gauged the trim, used different hinges on the doors, did not measure properly before making cuts, hung the doors too far inward and some of them are so tightly hung in the jams that they bounce back when gently closed. He cut a brand new door with out measuring and I ended up buying a new door. I am left with alot of repairs.
    John didn’t do final walkthrough. We paid the bill less $100.00 for “heartache”.
    David did a cartwheel in my living room. He took breaks every 20 minutes. It took him 33 hours to hang 7 doors. He left screws all over my house and driveway. He banged one of the doors into my antique cabinet and also gauged places on my wall.

    Totally my fault. I did not realize my nephew was so immature. I trained him for 2 years and just a month ago sent him on his own jobs. I have since pulled him back to work with me and other contractors and he has received a write up.
