  Should've read all the reviews before hiring this company!! Hired them to do a job and we are still waiting a year later for them to finish!! We have called. We have left messages. They have promised over and over and over they will get back to us. No permits were pulled to do the job in Kingsville. They received over 20K but still have not finished the job!! I will do everything to make people aware that this company will steal your Money and never finish a job!!

  Nolan's father came out and diagnosed the flooding of the basement as clogged gutter downspouts. He was correct. Nolan came out and diagnosed the issue was due to the clogged line on the left of the house. He sent 1 guy out to excavate and replace the lines. The basement
  continued to flood. I called another company (*********) and the city came out to inspect their work. The city noticed AAA Damage Control job and failed the job and told me that AAA did not pull the proper permits nor were they registered with the city. Nolan's father came out to discuss the issue with the city. He agreed to complete the job at no charge and register with the city. AAA completed the rest of the job and passed. However, Nolan vetoed the inspection of the other lines that his father agreed to do with the city inspectors. The flooding has stopped due to the work completed by *** ****** and my basement is dry. AAA Damage Control accused me of wanting something for free. However, it should have been view as the Cost of Doing business when you do not pull permits (Nolan said permits were not necessary, but he will check) and your job fails.

  They came fast, found the problem when other plumbers could not and fixed it for a reasonable price. True professionals. I will recommend them to family and friends.
  I actually question the negative reviews; I don't believe they are real. I was almost deterred from using them because of them. I am glad that did not stop me from hiring them.

  Though we are glad the piping is fixed, no more water in basement and sewage line re-opened. (We spent $20,000) total. HANK did put in writing they would recement the part of the driveway and city sidewalk area, as well as backfill the portion of the back yard where it was dug up. That never occurred. After much communication, Hank agreed to refund us $500 dollars so we could get the supplies ourself and gravel the drive way ditch area (So we could park our car further up in the driveway) and dirt to fill in the back yard ditch area along the drive way. The allotted time for the $500. dollar reimbursement came and went. We are now contacting the Better Business Bureau

  While I’ll admit, they were quick on site and quick to complete the job. But after that no contact, no follow-up. No nothing! While the contract says home owner responsible for landscaping, if you offer to return to remove debris from job and to finish the job by cutting back the huge pipe in my front yard, I expect you to good to your word. After 6 months of text and emails, I’ve gotten a single text stating we’ll be out soon to finish. I still have the old clay tile and a pipe sticking 2 foot above grade. So it makes one wonder whether or not they will honor their guarantee if needed. Hire them if you need it fast, but after that, you are on your own! Now I have to hire another crew to finish the job.
