    The bulbs were planted too shallow. Two were immediately dug up while landscaper was still there!Of all the bulbs that were planted I only have 3 tulips. None of the mum's lasted longer than 1 year. Owner planted 2 wisteria bushes by shed. This is an invasive species! The wisteria bushes are all over back yard now. The owner was rude and did not have any communication skills. I tried to upload pics for this complaint but kept getting a msg that it was more than 5mb? Would not accept 1 picture.

    Unfortunately this is the first we have heard about this issue since the work was completed in 2018. We have attached the signed agreement from Ms. ******. In the quotation notes it states "there is no guarantee on any of the plant material installed by Buckeye LawnScape". Our company acted in good faith on multiple occasions trying to ensure Ms. ****** was happy with the services we provided. We felt we did everything we could to satisfy her in a reasonable time period, even after she kept adding additional work that was not included in the contract at no additional cost. The owners of Buckeye LawnScape have since retired in 2022 and the company is no longer in operation. Please let me know if you need anything else to satisfy this complaint.
