    ABC was hired to replace a load bearing support pole in my garage. The first contractor collected down payment and wrote up the contract. 3 months later after constant attempts to get him to do the work, he texted to say he no longer worked for ABC. After some effort, I finally got ABC to send another contractor to look at the job. He also was willing to do it, but I never saw or heard from him again. After more frustrating effort, ABC sent another contractor to do the work. He wrote up a new contract with the main point of "replacing the load bearing support post in garage". He then installed a completely different kind of post from what was previously installed. I questioned if that was appropriate and he insisted it was and said he'd provide the specs/ model of the post. I also pointed out that he had not properly installed the post because the post was missing a bolt. He agreed that he should have added the bolt and agreed to provide the post model details as well as add the bolt. Many texts and calls have occurred, all with contractor stating he would complete everything, but it never happened. Other ABC managers have also guaranteed that everything would be completed and it never happened. The owner also apparently guaranteed it and it still never happened. I can provide many texts and calls to confirm everything I've note above. I'm asking for money back or completion of the work which has been agreed to many times and that work includes proving the appropriateness of the replaced load bearing post.

    On February 13th, 2024 I signed a contract with them in the amount of $12,000 and gave them a down payment of $ 7,500. They have not started the project other than dig 5 holes in my backyard. When I gave them the deposit, they said they were going to start within 2 weeks. I have called their number ************* numerous times and only get "*****" who states he will pass along the message. I have had at least 4 sub-contractors contact me stating they were working for them, and they wanted to meet to know what I wanted to have done. But, other than the 5 holes I have nothing. The holes are a safety hazard to not only my family members but my pets as well. I am requesting my $7,500 down payment returned. I have lost faith in their services and the ability to get the job done or done correctly.
