Horrific experience! 4 weeks and 30 thousand dollars later Im left with a mess . Condescending ********** calculated flooring needs , sloppy install, they even glued my dishwasher leaning forward because they could not get it back in after taking it out. True lack of concern for my home , then they attempted to fix the gaps from moulding to the floor with a sloppy patch job. ********************* at Floorz.

There were 2 issues at this home, gaps under her door jambs due to the customer selecting a new floor that was not as thick as her old one and yes, the initial installer did not re install the dishwasher correctly **************** notified our team addressed and resolved it immediately. Floorz is ran on 4 basic principles, Honesty, Integrity, Passion and Servitude and we will always take care of our customers. We offered up a resolution to addressing the door jamb clearances and even offered to replace the trim and jambs at no charge. ******************* Refused to let us fix it and was not a pleasant person to deal with through this process. Floorz is a local family owned and operated company that has been doing flooring for decades all over ******* and we have an exceptional reputation for always doing the right things for our customers. We work in approximately ***** homes a week and stand behind everything we do. This is simply a one off customer who was very difficult to deal with and simply would not let us help her. When we spoke with her she made it very clear she was just going to slander our name and reputation regardless of how much we tried to assist her.
