    **This complaint is the the Whitewoman address not listed on the BBB.** All this should be on camera. I was there from 3:20-3:45. I had the worst experience of my life at Subway (my Subway experiences throughout my life).I ordered through the app and my order was supposed to done at 3:05, so when I showed up at 3:20, it wasn't done, and 2 of my sandwiches were laying open on the counter, I wasn't happy. The girl behind the counter said sorry and then took her sweet time waiting on people before me, chatting it up with them and ignoring me the entire time. When I was finally waited on, I had her remake the sandwiches that were laying open (I saw at least one fly while I was there). She became even more belligerent--obviously I was ****** too. I walked away from her and stood alby the register. She put peppers and onions on my one sandwich before toasting it. It told her it needed toasted and she snotted off, "I'm going to." I let her make the sandwiches from the receipt because I didn't wish to speak with her or slow her down. She proceeded to talk (with her hands even) to the next lady in line and take her sweet time again while chatting. And she made my sandwiches wrong, which I didn't know until later. I could not have the pretzel I ordered (for whatever reason). I asked about a 20 oz for my meal (the drink machine was still broken), which I'd received on a precious visit and she belligerent and snottily told me she couldn't do that.She attempted to use the register to refund me for the drink and pretzel. I had to wait and literally put my stuff back down on the counter. She said it wasn't going through and a manager would do it ******** precious complaint I said I wanted at least my tip back. I want all my money back and at least a good-sized gift card.There was no reason for any customer to be treated like s*** And there was no reason for me not to have gotten a refund (it has been a week). I haven't gotten a call or email either.

    Here's the requested documentation.

    The sandwiches were made wrong. Even if they had the right ingredients, there was almost nothing on them. Like almost no lettuce, stuff like that.

    I did not receive my pretzel nor a beverage at all.

    I had replacement cookie for one of the ones that wasn't available.
