    Customers beware. Called 4 times to J & R Door during the past 2+ weeks to have a broken spring fixed on my home garage door. Scheduling department provided misleading information each time I asked for service. When I was finally provided a date and time the technician was a no call no show.

    Phone number that was provided would not ring through. our office staff tried to google another number to be able to reach out with notice of technician running late. Looks like service was rescheduled for first thing this morning.
