I scheduled to have a new roof put on. They were professional and friendly. They also prevented me from having major problems with my old roof I didn't know were brewing. Th pictures told the tale. The roof is beautiful and I've had many compliments. Now I'm looking forward to my new siding and gutters. The work is top notch and the workers from installers to office are fantastic. I'd recommend Exteriors Plus to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

Wonderful customer service! *** was able to help my 90-year old mom and explain the problem to her and then followed-up with me. I appreciate the help and patience with dealing with the situation. They justify their inflated quote prices by claiming the work will take much longer than it actually does. Quoted and charged $1000 for less than an hour of work and four pieces of siding. Learn from my mistake and shop around. I'm sure other places will give an honest quote to compensate the workers fairly.Exteriors Plus

Our primary objective was to provide a service that would effectively prevent any further damage to your home. We believe we have done so, to the best of our ability. Upon our arrival at your home, we provided a quote and small repair free of charge.Although we acknowledge that the project was completed in less time than anticipated, we would like to emphasize that the contracted price was determined by the scale of work, material costs, labor needs, equipment, and overhead expenses, instead of the actual duration of the project. Additionally, the contracted price accounts for our expertise, experience, professionalism, as well as the superior quality of the materials we used for the project.We appreciate your business and hope that you will someday understand that we cannot offer a discount on the contracted price simply because the project took less time than expected. However, if you have any other concerns or questions about the installation, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to address them.J. J.

"The contracted price, determined by the scale of work..."4 pieces of vinyl siding that took 45 minutes that was quoted as requiring a full day's worth of labor. You got your money. I'm just warning others that you give inflated quotes based off vastly overstated labor time and that they should shop around before agreeing to being your customers. Maybe people should check the NextDoor app and find someone who will give a fair quote. I sure learned my ****** the hard way.Review fromRick R

My roof looks great! The crew showed up when they said they would and the job was completed within several hours on an extremely windy day. They did a wonderful job cleaning up, even chased down insulation that blew down the street. Would definitely recommend.Exteriors Plus

Our house looks amazing!Exterior Plus did an amazing job on our house. We needed a new roof and **** stayed on top of the project. He called when he was suppose to and showed up on time for each appointment! The crew stayed until the project was completed(8pm). And clean up was excellent too!!
