From my initial contact with your business, through the completion of the project, I have been very favorably impressed, and could not be more pleased with the specialty of the products, your sales force, the workmen, and the craftsmanship that was displayed.   Super great company. We had all downstairs wondows replaced and 3 doors. Great products with very reasonable prices, quality work and the guys are great. Work is done fast and efficient will use them again for future projects.

  Miami Valley Renovations hires nothing but liars and lazy people. We had a job done on our home and 1 person said it was completed in April. That is a lie considering there is soooooooooo much left undone. I wouldn't ever recomment MVR if they were the last company open to do business with. We were sent a bill expecting us to pay as soon as possible or it is being sent to collections. How about NO?!!! Finish the job and stop lying! It's a terrible way to do business with people.

  Miami Valley Renovations ROCKS! They installed a front door with sidelights for us and we could not be more thrilled with the product (ProVia brand) or the service. They keep their promises, did a flawless job for us, thought of all the little details including some we hadn't thought of, and left no mess. They are easy to contact, courteous, and return all calls and emails promptly. We would not hesitate to use them for other projects in the future.

  Overall I gave a 4 star rating but I had some issues. The door that was installed was great no issues there. The kitchen flooring was supposed to be taken up & replaced. Only part that was damaged was taken up & replaced. Then refrigerator wouldn’t fit under cabinet then. Took cabinet off to saw down, tore up wall which they did use my paint to paint over area. The problem was where you step at door it dipped down when stepped on cause flooring wasn’t level there with the other flooring underneath the rest of kitchen. They put some kind of glue underneath that area to try to hold flooring down to subfloor. Still moves up & down when stepped on only in that spot. Asked for the extra flooring that was left I paid for said was none I asked for itemized bill was told no the basic description that I got on contract was all I was entitled to. After arguing with manager over my dissatisfaction of floor he did refund $200 for the rest of flooring that wasn’t taken up, the labor cost of them to do that. Manager said he had dealt with difficult customers before. I don’t feel I was difficult just wanted floor fixed right. The workers where very pleasant and was fine in a timely manor once product came it.
