5 stars"Appointment scheduling was simple. Our fireplace required an inspection, and they took the time to go over everything in detail. In order for me to comprehend the problem, ******************** took pictures on the roof that demonstrated the state of the chimney. It turns out that the insert was not installed correctly, and he provided instructions on how to fix it. His rates are reasonable and sincere. 5 starsI have not had my chimney cleaned in 2 years and could not believe the amount of soot they removed. ******** and his team were very neat and took care to protect the white carpet in front of the fireplace. The charge was as quoted. Overall, a wonderful service.Review fromMarilyn P

1 star******************* was contracted to build a fireplace at our house to use for a wood stove insert. We made sure to have the actual insert on-site for the entire construction. Upon completion of the project, there was not enough room to hook up the insert. Rather than take responsibility for the mistake, he basically left us holding the bag for thousands of dollars lost on the original insert, and the cost of purchasing a smaller unit that will hopefully work. Not to mention finishing the hearth they left incomplete. Just hope no one else gets sucked in by this company. They are not to be trusted!

Everything was finished according to the permits ******* was completed perfectly the insert came in **** after the permits and after we started work on the chimney we could not then change the permits in the dimensions of the chimney which was by the way big enough to fit ****% of inserts in fact you ordered a freestanding ***************** stove that no one would ever put inside a fireplace so inexperience on your part which happened throughout the whole process of picking the wrong materials i had to adjust over and over you deserve exactly the work you got and its magnificent good luck to you sir and happy to be done with you sick of giving you additional work for freeG. H.

We both know the Buck Stove is an insert. $24,000 is not exactly free work. You were paid at every step. I just want to warn others against doing business with someone whose business ethics are questionable at the very least. You screwed up. Plain and simple.Buckeye Masonry & Sweeps, LLC.

Your just a broke guy trying to get free stuff i get it with you. I did over 500 jobs this year not one complaint only from a cheap guy like yourself would i expect thisG. H.

Nice job on the chimney cap that is already cracked and pulling away from the brick. Not worth my time to deal with you any more. Beware folks!
