This business sounds good on the pamphlet, helping seniors and all. It even sounds good when the owner describes all the services they provide (all we needed was items in the home to be sold and the rest to be disposed of). In reality, they didnt do what they promised and tried to take more money from us than they were due. If you want a business that sells your items, they take a 50% cut. That is a little high in the business. (35% seems standard. They are not very professional in their services. When I asked for a contract, I was told that the email they send is their promise. And my payment is my agreement.

Disgusting business practice. ************************* guys broke items and ***** claimed it wasn't his guys. Long story short, an end table glass top was broke and never replaced. A lamp was broken and he claims it wasn't his guys. We just put my father into assisted living, and we as the children wanted a few items for ourselves. My brother wanted both matchung lamps. Operation Relo showed up way earlier than expected. The lamp must've had a mind all its own and just decided to break itself. The guy in charge of the move did say "no problem, we will take it to the warehouse and get it fixed". Why would they admit their wrong, and ***** then say it wasn't his guys? Why wouldn't he want to make it right? As a business owner, if a mistake happens, I will go out of my way to make my customer happy. Not *********************. Then he wants to threaten me with a lawsuit for liable?? I challenged him to tell me one thing that is not true. I will say it again...********************* is a liar and a scammer. He would have been better off to buy my brother 2 matching like kind and quality lamps and making it right for us, instead of denying they broke the 1 lamp, and then lying about it.Terrible business man, as well as business practice.I also notice he has a very high turnover rate with his employees. Why don't people want to stay with this company?
