    The company called me asking to send me new supplies in which I stated I did not want if insurance did not cover. They called me back and said insurance wouldn’t cover but still mailed me supplies and charged me. They have nothing but complaints for the same thing under there billing company name Respiratory Support Services LLC. I called them several times and they have not responded.

    I received a cpap machine that never worked properly. I was told that if I returned the cpap within 30 days I would not be charged. I returned the cpap within 30 days and was informed I would still be billed for supplies.

    I would like the account to be finaled with a zero balance. I returned all of the company's merchandise within 30 days.

    This company provides my C-Pap equipment. They called me back in February or March of this year to reorder supplies, which I did. I have not received the supplies. I have called them several times. Their system hangs up on me half the time. I have left several messages with no return calls received. I don't know what else to do. I am paying a monthly fee for the equipment. I just want my new supplies.
