  Our experience with Magic Bath was not expected because of the amount of advertising they do. Beware the Salesman! We told him we were disabled. We explained to him that this was an auction house. We told him to write the estimate for a complete tear down. He said both rooms done by Christmas. We saw no one until Jan 6th. We lost all of the cabinets and ALL hardware towel racks in the contract language. We need to hire someone to come hang the cabinets and shelves. They rarely had enough workers and we often went days without anyone. We were told they would go back and forth between the 2 rooms so we would atleast have working toilets. (2 young kids ) We had to use buckets as a toilet for a few days and had zero access to a shower for over 30 days. The drywall job IS BAD you can see every joint. Pocks and ******** BAD. We had pointed out some of these concerns to the office. ( i have sent pics kept all of it). Nothing was done. The shower trim has already cracked. Rather than fixing the huge dip in the floor they cut the new vanities legs off! They made a huge crack in the wall under the bathroom. It runs all the way down the wall through the first floor. When they framed in the door they never trimmed it. Shims are completely visable. When I brought up the above list they sent the ** out and he blamed the bad job on me. Asked how i had allowed the bathrooms to become so dilapidated. We wrote almost $10,000 over in "change work orders" and extra materials and still were left with a TON of work to do and a lot more money to pay to fix the mess they left us! They didn't even wash their dirty handprints prints off the ceiling! I DEEPLY regret hiring this company. They LIE! I cant say STAY AWAY loud enough. They won't finish their work and 100% will leave you in an unfinished mess.

  Loved loved magic bath! Completely remodeled my bathroom on 5 days. Its just what we wanted! The young man who did all the work was ************************* and he was awesome.

  Magic Bath came and measured my bathroom for a walk in shower. They returned with a wonderful quote. Shower was installed in 2 days. ****** put down tarps on my floors and his clean up was 100%. Love my new shower and was glad I could bath my dog without lifting him in a tub. Would recommend Magic Bath for any bathroom work.

  I highly recommend Magic Bath. We had a poor experience with ****************** estimate we received, so we asked Magic Bath if we could move up the date of our estimate. They were incredibly accommodating. Not only did they move up our estimate date on short notice, they outbid ****************** easily. Everyone we interacted with at the company was friendly and helpful. The installer was personable and professional and had our old tile shower completely gutted and replaced in two days. I would gladly work with Magic Bath again in the future.
