At first, this pool company was awesome. As time went on, they wouldn't return text messages or phone calls. I've been trying for a week to get ****** to call me back as to when they were going to come out and close our pool. It's the second week of October and no word from them. I even went to where the office is located and couldn't get anyone to come to the door. When they opened our pool in May, per our request, one of the workers broke a bolt on our deep end ladder. ****** stated, don't worry, we will take care of it at the end of the season. So, here we are with absolutely no communication from them. Per ****** earlier in the year, I mentioned to him why I couldn't get return phone calls. He stated, It's a work in progress. For being established for decades, I felt that was a poor excuse; and, here we are, again. Next.......

***, I am sorry for the lack in communication. I really hoped we could come to an agreement regarding your pool renovation project this year. But as we progressed in the quoting/planning process, it became clear that you were not going to agree to our terms. So I had to stop pursuing it. In regards to closing your pool, we had never scheduled or committed to closing your pool this year. Truthfully I thought you decided to move on with another company once you decided not to sign our contract for the renovation. I have no ill will toward you, just can't see eye to eye with you. I truly wish you the best moving forward.
