Went to Falls tool on Friday 6/6/2025 in my Chevy 2500 Express cargo van Falls tool required a 3/4 ton vehicle to rent a skid steer loader. We place a $500 dollar deposit with *** the manager for Saturday pick up of machine. Returned Saturday 6/7/2025, Was then told by ***** employee tiny *** that the *****2500 Express was not a 3/4 ton ????After being screamed at by tiny *** and call an *******, *** voided the ********** if you want terrible customer service and to deal with jerks this is your place Question is why didn't they say no on Friday we could have made reservations somewhere better like Sunbelt or Cat ***************************** said she was the manager but did not act like one. To bad Lost my companies business and I will pass the work to all my business friend to avoid Falls Tool rental

I talked to everyone involved, unfortunately your van didn't meet our safety criteria. A 6 lug rear axle which you had doesn't handle the weight of the machine and trailer you were towing. A true 3/4 ton truck will have an 8 lug axle, go look at any dealership. We will ALWAYS error on the side of caution, our insurance company gives us strict parameters to follow for safety, so I believe he made the right call. Everyone's safety is priority number one! All deposit was returned in full. Name calling isn't necessary and hopefully this explanation will suffice. We wish you well in the future and God bless.
