We are remodeling our master bath and used Innovate Building Solutions as the distributor for our Fibo shower wall panels. Mike spent a LOT of time with us and patiently answered all of our questions since we've never used a product like this before and our project was not a simple alcove shower. Georgia, the Accounting Manager, was also great to work with- she is very responsive and friendly. Overall great experience working with this company!

The entire experience with Innovate Building Solutions was fantastic, from start to finish. We were looking for a Murphy Wall Bed and had spent time looking into purchasing and installing one on our own, but the process felt a little daunting with something that really needs to be installed carefully and securly. We met with Mike and he gave us great options for a Murphy Wall Bed that fit our room perfectly and the price was fair as well. We got everything scheduled promptly and the communication was clear and timely while we waited for the custom unit to be created and leading up to the install. On the day of the install, everything went as planned, the crew was efficient, communicative and took great care in keeping the areas of our home they were working in clean and protected. The finished product is amazing, I am so glad we contacted Mike and his team for this project.Innovate Building Solutions

I was very happy with my experience with Innovate. I had a basement window installed and it looks great. It is very superior to the plain glass window I had before. It is the perfect solution to keep out the dampness that comes from being so close to the ground. Everyone at this company is very professional. They arrived promptly and completed the job in a professional, friendly manner. I highly recommend them.

The replacement windows for the utility room are great. They are exactly what I had been looking for. The process was seamless from my contacting the company and a representative coming out to take measurements and offer me options to choose from and then the installation of the windows. I would definitely recommend this company to others.Innovate Building Solutions

5 starsPurchased shower panels, shower shelves, and shower doors but did my own installation. There was plenty of installation documentation and videos. Additionally, the Innovate staff were knowledgeable in answering any questions. One shower door had a factory flaw issue and Innovate quickly resolved the problem and had a new door shipped. I will continue to order from Innovate Solutions due to their high quality products, reasonable cost, and above-standard support after the sale.Review fromMaggie D

5 starsTechnician arrived right on time and got to work without delay. He did a super job installing 6 basement windows. Four hours later and one could hardly tell he’d been here with the exception of having great windows and step one of a basement rehab project completed. The installation of the glass block windows in my basement are beautiful and meet my expectation. However, the external cleanup is disappointing. Excessive trash from the installation was not picked up and removed from the window wells and ~40% or a little less of the glue from the trim around both windows were not removed.
Since all my neighbors in my subdivision have trim around their basement windows, how should I inform them? The windows are beautiful but the clean up is questionable! Also, I asked one of the installers about the completing the clean up, and he got in his vehicle and drove away.
The experience was so close to being 5 stars.Innovate Building Solutions

From the time I contracted them to set up an appointment to the actual installation they are excellent to work with. They showed up at the schedule time to look at our window to be replaced, showed us our options for the window, explained the installation process and what to expect. On the day of installation the work crew was on time, they got to work immediately. I was surprised at how quickly they were done, also impressed by the workmanship. I was so impressed with the installation, they had to remove a metal frame on the old window, they did not make a mess of the inside basement, did not even tear up the drywall that was around the window area. The window looks great, the clean up was spot on, no mess. The work crew absolutely the best. Absolutely can recommend them for block window installation.Innovate Building Solutions
