      Dustin used a impact drill, instead of a wrench, to remove a bolt from my washer, shearing the head of the bolt.
      He then blamed the manufacturer for using too much Loctite.
      He would not admit it was his fault and was going to charge me for the part he broke, and the labor to repair it. The original part, the part he broke and the labor to repair the part broken part was going to cost close to that of purchasing a new washer.
      He did refund the cost of the initial service call. However, what should have been a quick $50 part and repair ended up costing me $700 for a new washer. So I am out $600.
      I understand things happen, however, when you make a mistake it should be owned up to and make right. Dustin should have paid for the part he broke and done the repair at no cost.
      Very unethical.

      An absolutely first class operation. Their tech, Dustin Cressel arrived on time and prepared. He was extremely qualified, always considered the cleanliness of his work to be a priority and went out of his way to be the least disruptive as possible while working in a very confined place. Everything was cleaned and replaced with the utmost care. The prices were as reasonable as possible in today's economy.
