  I called this company and asked them to confirm the price on my oil change making sure it was the same price as last time when I had gone there. I was told there was no increase but then when I showed up to pay the bill it went from a reasonable $35 for my oil change to $81.00 including 1 light repair. I had scheduled to have 2 brake lights replaced but they missed the huge brake light on the back of my suv and only changed a side light. End result? My car was left dirty with a halfway placed sticker showing mileage to next oil change AND I still had a brake light out. When I left messages the owner never returned my call. I posted an online review and the owner *** made a public false accusation that my oil had not been changed in 2 years which reflects their sloppy record keeping and lack of awareness about when I was in. I know it was not 2 years and that was a public lie to embarrass me. I get my oil changed regularly as soon as it reached the mileage required for a change. Also greasy smears on window glass after service there that required special solvent to remove and no floor mat put down as they had before. The manager ***** also made a comment that was very inappropriate In front of other people that mocked me and insinuated again I had waited 2 years on an oil change. I didnt respond i was so stunned. Then the same false info is used to respond to my review
  what does frequency of oil changes have to do with lying on price and skipping services? This is false info and again highlights their sloppy record keeping. Their free inspection they claim was a quick observation of my brakes while they were completing the oil change. After their many lies I want other people to know how shady this business is! And they are not honest or fair to clients. Shame on this place.

  You were contracted before your service on what the total price would be.  We always get customer authorization before starting any work.  The price of your synthetic 7-quart oil change with filter along with your right brake light bulb being replaced at $81 is not a bad price.  I even did a vehicle inspection when it was in the air and scanned all the modules for codes.  The additional work that your vehicle needed was declined.  Not sure about the smears as you should have brought the vehicle back for me to inspect and clean.  We never want to make anyone's vehicle dirty.  I'm not sure why you would lie about being ridiculed by the manager in the lobby.  Our staff is very friendly and I have worked with ***** for the last 7 years and no such thing has happened.  No one else was in the lobby when you were so called insulted as you can see from the lobby surveillance.  Not sure why you are making all these false accusations.  If you would like a printout of your service records, I could show you how organized we truly are.
