On January 30, 2024 I purchased a transmission from quick parts before leaving and paying I even asked what is the return policy just in case it doesn’t work they stamp 30 day guarantee. Within a few weeks my mechanic told me the transmission was no good. I paid $752 for this transmission and I also gave them a coil, when I went to take the transmission back I was told I needed the receipt so I came back a few days later with the receipt when I came back, they did not want to honor, refunding my money, and they had sold my coil so now I only did I lose my $752. I also lost the money that I could’ve gotten from my coil by going to another parts place. I tried to speak with them about this matter, my husband tried to speak with them about this matter, and my daughter tried to speak with them about this matter. They are not wanting to refund this money and I have the receipt which I will upload a picture.

On Jan 30th 2024 CUSTOMER "*****" purchased 2002 CHEVY 3500 6.O 4WD TRANSMISSION with a balance due of $100 or a  "core"...when customer picked up Transmission he brought back a "core" so that took care of the balance due few weeks later on Feb 27th 2024 customer brought back our transmission said it was "bad" WITHOUT a receipt! "Company policy" must have our part you purchased with receipt for refunds! We told him we had to have OUR transmission with our "Company Stamp" we sold him with his receipt. Customer said he could not find his receipt at that time so he loaded "OUR" transmission back up and took it with him. Several days later we received several calls stating they needed a refund or they was taking us to court ***** stated they no longer had our transmission now after they found their receipt because they gave it to another company "as a core" when purchased a transmission from another business. We told them to get our transmission back and bring receipt and we would gladly issue them a full refund within 30 day warranty. Customer "*****" said the other company no longer had our transmission they got rid of it! Without our part we will not issue a replacement or refund!

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

When my husband and I went to get our old transmission back and give the one that they had sold us that doesn’t work we were told that we needed the receipt, but when they looked in the system it had showed that they had sold our transmission, with our old core.   The day we came into the shop with the transmission that they sold us, I was told by their staff that day that they could not provide us with our old transmission because it was sold a few days prior.  That person went to get a manager and that’s when they said you need your receipt to be refunded.   Because the transmission that they sold us was bad we had no choice but to take their transmission and trade it in for their core for a transmission that worked.   We are asking for our money back.   They couldn’t return the transmission that we gave them, and the one they gave us was bad so we’re asking for our money because they sold our transmission, then gave us a transmission that was junk.

    Sincerely,
