      I find these reviews very hard to believe as I was only able to talk to an actual attorney ( 1st initial consultation).. Then when I had to pay!!!
      After that.. It was like pulling teeth to speak with a actual attorney... "STILL HAVEN'T" I kept getting brief one sentence answers from supposid Paralegals That couldn't give me any advice because they where not (Attorneys)!!!!!!! SO ON AND SO FORTH!!!! This is a cookie cutter law firm that will make you do all the work and not allow you to contact a real attorney If you have any concerns after paying the retainer..... What happened to sitting down with your lawyer?????

      I want to thank Rick West Law firm..year & Half ago I had triple bypass surgery then a month later started kidney dialysis..I was forced out on retirement.Over the year bills kept piling up..There was no light at the end of the tunnel..I contacted Rick west law firm ..Rick talk to me &help me to see the light at the end of the tunnel..If anyone can’t see the light ..Please call Rick West law firm..Mr.West and his staff will Guide you in the right Direction…Thank Mr.West & Staff..

      Bearing in mind that Richard West is RECOVERING FROM SURGERY at the time he spoke with me, the fact that he took the time to listen to my story and provide options is an amazing thing.
      He is a highly relatable soul and incredibly thorough.

      During my consultation he answered all my questions and then some! He was thorough, articulate, and most importantly honest and trustworthy.
      He gave me all the options available to me and then suggested that I was not in need of his service at this time as I could handle the situation without legal representation. Outstanding.
      He certainly could have advised that I file bankruptcy but instead of making money on me, he led me in a different direction. Highly recommended. Thank you Mr. West!
