    I had a sink resurfaced in 2021. I did not move in to the home until May 2023 due to some remodeling. 6 months after moving in, the paint started bubbling. I have had an independent contractor, and another resurfacing company look at my sink and they both agree that M.B. Link's product did not properly adhere to the surface of the sink. The surface was not prepared properly based on their professional experience. No where on the back of the invoice does it state they will not warrantee a sink. It actually states, "M.B. Link Refinishing Services is prepared to give you a quality finish that will last for years and save you money." It does give a 5-year warranty for bathtubs but does not mention excluding sinks. Trying to resolve this through emails and phone calls have proved to be hopeless. Toward the end of November, Lisa stated she would reach out to her field supervisor after I had sent her pictures of the original sink, the finished product, and a video showing the paint raising from the surface. I thought after the holidays I would hear something. After more than 2 months I had to email her again on Feb 2, 2024. They will fix it only if I pay for it. If you cannot guarantee your workmanship, then I refuse to give you any more of my money. I did not use abrasives or drop anything in the sink. The bottom line is they did a poor job and will not make it right.
