      ***** ******** of Thornton Construction did my driveway less than 2 years ago. Every panel of the driveway has cracks. He came to my home to assess the situation and promised to make the necessary repairs. It has been weeks now and he has failed to do anything despite my texts and calls. I have text messages and voicemails along with recordings of our conversation and a witness that was at my home at the time of the inspection. I want what was promised and fix the driveway or refund all of my money so that I can get someone else to fix this mess. $4,000 I paid for a concrete driveway and it should not look like it does right now.

      I am responding to ID ******** ******* *** **** ***** ** and Explain the situation she had put salt down on the driveway and as a result of that the top is pealing also cracked and as I explained the time in which we only guarantee a one year warranty on work and workmen ship 3 years have passed and we don't offer life time warranty on concrete it's only a one year warranty

      2-18-2023 Check was made out to Bernie Thornton other name he uses.
      1,650 cashier check from Wright Patt Credit Union
      1,900 Cash
      3,550 paid $400 dollar more
      Did not finish job in driveway didn’t dig out didn’t fill the patches he dug out patch work on garage or back of house lower by back door and paying him extra 200. For what his worker dug out because he wasn’t around. No answer when call got my number block.
