  The team was professional, kind and did an amazing job. Shelby and her Team (Braxton, Heather and Will) excuse the spellings all showed up and handled my Mother's house like it was their own personal belongings. I would not hesitate to call and use their services again.

  Bio-One Dayton was very professional and quick w my garage clean out service!!!! Andrew and his coworker worked quickly and had 33yrs of a garage mess cleaned up and hauled off in abt 6 hours!! We filled up a whole dumpster full!! I was able to give the ok in what to get rid of and what to save. They sorted everything well and put it all back VERY organized!! I have “found” things now I forgot I even had!!!!! I wldnt hesitate to give them my business again w any clean out or and of their wide variety of services! I highly recommend!!

  Bio-One Dayton was hired to clean an apartment. It was a mess and it was a mess after they "cleaned". They charged over $4000 and the apartment management said they should give us all our money back because they didn't do anything. I sent a letter to Bio-One requesting at least a partial refund with no response. Buyer beware. I would not use this company for anything. They are a rip off.

  Thank you for reaching out and for your BBB review. Let us begin with unfortunately the address you sent your letter to is not our mailing address, hence we didn’t receive it until we were notified of your review. Using the address that was on the invoice and on the signed work order, and/or a simple phone call would have gotten you a much faster response.  

  
  

  We are attaching said work order and a satisfaction form that your son signed at the completion of service, stating that he was completely satisfied with the results of his project. There is also a link below our signature with our job site pictures that clearly show pre, during, and after pictures of the project. We can only assume you were not aware of the extent of the conditions your son was living in. As stated in our estimate (that we are attaching as well for your convenience), the level of contamination that had been achieved prior to us doing our work was anticipated to leave staining, even though the surfaces had been cleaned and sanitized. Hence why we included that disclaimer in our estimate. Regarding the carpet and toilet, your son specifically stated not to clean them, since the apartment would have to replace them anyway.  

  
  

  Hopefully this clears up your misunderstanding. We are as far as you can get from a fraudulent company, and go above and beyond for our clients, as you can see from our previous reviews. Before opening our franchise, I was a Firefighter/Paramedic, and my wife was an RN. We work incredibly hard to help those in our community and have built our reputation through a multitude of extremely satisfied clients. We are sorry that this was not your experience, though we truly believe if you had fully understood the situation that you would have felt differently. Perhaps you will reconsider after reviewing our email and supporting documents/photos.
