    This company claims to offer a lifetime craftsmanship warranty but does not back it up. Very unprofessional, deceptive, and rude. The deck we had built was extremely poor quality with many issues that arose shortly after the project was completed. They also claim to provide a warranty on Trex products but do not provide the registration number to make a warranty claim if necessary. Do your research before hiring this company. Obviously they have numerous complaints on this site, 3 complaints with the Ohio AG, and at least 2 lawsuits against them as of the date this review was written. Most of the positive reviews are fake or written by employees of the company (ie ****** * below who works there).

    These negative reviews are definitely false. My experience was amazing. As of 2023 this man is rocking the show!!

    I am so happy I was able to find a company that was able to take care of my deck and fence. Not only was he very professional my deck was absolutely beautiful as a woman and an older lady a lot of people would take advantage of me but he did not. He made sure everything I wanted was done professionally. My fence and decking was absolutely gorgeous I would recommend him to anybody.

    The job took 3x longer than quoted. He upped the price 2x throughout the build. Him and his crew were smoking pot in my backyard while they were working. Brought kids and dogs to the job site. Extremely un professional. **** ** ********** ** ********.

    Company’s invoice states they are in A+ accredited BBB member which they are not. Buyer beware with someone who lies on their business documents.
