I was recommended to go to DDC by a friend who had used them in the past. The dental work itself was good but the customer service and follow up have been horrible. They sent an estimate to my insurance for the service that they recommended and I was quoted an out of pocket price for the remaining balance. I paid the balance at my initial visit. Then, when I went into the office for the recommended services, I was told that I actually owe, additionally, almost twice that amount out of pocket in addition to the amount that I had already pre paid. I didn't have the funds at the time so I was put on a payment plan where DDC would automatically deduct the amount on a specified date of each month until the amount was paid in full. In the following months, I've received inaccurate bills stating that I owed the rest of the amount in full upon receiving the bill despite having a signed payment plan. After contacting DDC, I have been bounced around to talk to several different people, none of which know what the entire situation is and also is not the original person that I set up the payment plan with. As of 1/28/23, my payment has been fulfilled according to the original payment plan yet, I have once again received another bill in the mail.
It seems that no one knows how to communicate with each other and the customer service is subpar at best. While the actual dentistry work was good quality and the dentist was very nice and personable, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here unless they have full dental coverage from insurance and a nice savings for the remaining balance that insurance will ultimately not cover.
