    Everyone was nice to us, and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. Sometimes, nice just isn't good enough. The death certificates were returned timely and correct.However, my father's cremated remains were returned to us with the incorrect date of death on the certificate of cremation by Midtown Crematory. Glicker asked me to reach out to the crematory.. which I didn't. That is why I hired them. Glicker produced a new certification of cremation with the correct date but they were never able to provide documentation with the cremation disk number proving my father's ashes were indeed the ashes we received. This is the absolute worst thing that could happen to a family after an unexpected death. I would NOT recommend them. I will be filing a complaint a complaint with Ohio without a resolution from Glicker!
