    My porch roof was leaking. AlphaOne made an inspection, gave me a quote and took care of my problem. They showed up promptly and completed the work as scheduled. Their team was great and professional. Very satisfied and would use them again

    AlphaOne claims to be EPA Lead Certified to paint exteriors via their website but they do not test for lead based paint and they did not follow any EPA regulations for our property which was built before 1978. They created an unsafe work environment for their employees who were subcontractors and seemed to have no knowledge of the protective gear required by the EPA to ensure a safe workplace. They used their EPA endorsement to manipulate us as customers into not performing certain work. They sold us a 5-year warranty for their work, but intentionally withheld the exclusion clause telling us there was none when asked. They used intimidation tactics in handling our concerns and unilaterally revoked wood replacement services required to replace rotting wood to complete the work as promised. They told us to our face they were not concerned about what we believed the quality of the work should be. In fact, the work completed was so shoddy, I was given an estimate of up to $40,000 to correct it. They left gauges in the wood, siding completely ripped off, peeling caulk and bubbling paint which they refused to fix. They also left a hole in the side of the house that allowed water to seep into the foundation and behind the walls. I would warn anyone from working with this company. They will make promises over the phone or to your face, but then bait and switch. They are not to be trusted. They don't even deserve the one star I am forced to provide in this review.
