    Charged our elderly mother $372 to install a $69 non programable/basic thermostat. Total bill was over $700. Would definitely not recommend this company.

    Charged me 110 dollars to stop at my house and inform me that they did not work on electric tankless water heaters, even though apon scheduling I gave a robust explanation, including but not limited to, brand , age , type, model number and what I wanted. Additionally, they advertised that they do repairs, and suggest brands that they have access to. Called the office with my concerns, no response. Sent email to owner, no response. Why ? Why would they do this to me ? The technician didn’t even touch the unit. Just stood there and condemned Eemax electric tankless, and then offered to replace it with the same thing. Literally, same exact brand. After telling me that they don’t work on them. Joe

    Hang on to your money until the job is 100% complete. They left a 4 foot trench in my yard for 2 months with extremely poor follow up and communication. I was told I'd hear from someone a week after the job was started. I called, emailed, and texted multiple times over a 2 months period, and told 'someone will call you', 'the owner will call you', and I received no communication. I called the city and the inspection company to figure out what was going on. Seiter had applied for the permit without a site plan, and never replied to the inspectors request for a site plan. I ended up sending a ragtag sketch of what I thought a ‘site plan’ was directly to the inspector. Then when the permit was finally approved, Seiter never followed up to schedule the inspection. Job was done 8/18, inspection finally done 10/17, and Seiter finally scheduled me 10/25 for them to come back and back fill the trench. They still left the area around my pool not filled in where they ran a copper wire, but I'm over it. The explanation from the technicians that I got for the delay was they lost a bunch of their office staff and my job ‘fell through the cracks’.
    The customer service I received on this was complete trash. I had trusted them since I had hired them several times in the past with 100% satisfaction. No one gave me an explanation, an update, an apology, nothing. I had to ask the technicians if they knew the issue when they finally arrived to fill it in. I'm not someone to leave a bad review hastily. All it would have taken was a bit of honesty. Someone is sick, someone forgot, we have no staff, our computer system is down, something!. It's sad because I would have given them all my business until I die, and I would recommend them to everyone. So, just beware, hold on to your money and be aware you might have to hound them if your job requires any kind of inspection or follow up.

    We experienced wonderful service with Jerry from Seiter Services and would highly recommend this business to anyone.
    We were very impressed with the quality of service and they went over and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.
    We received a text message the evening before our appointment with contact numbers for questions.
    We would definitely use Seiter Services for future needs and share our experience with family and friends.
