    I do not recommend using Craig Grossman for your home inspection, as he uses a drone to inspect the roof and then words his inspection report to make sure he covers his butt. After moving into my home I found out through various roofing companies that I had an active leak in the roof along with other issues, when I called Mr. Grossman to address the issues he offered to come back and take a look. however when he arrived all he did was tell me there was nothing he could do except give me back my inspection fee which doesn't even begin to cover a new roof so in the end you the home owner are the one who gets screwed.

    Excellent service, thorough inspection. We highly recommend. They scheduled in a timely manner and completed all the paperwork expeditiously.

    First class operation. I’ve had a few home inspections over the years and without question, this was the bast and most thorough.
    Found a leak in a water pipe behind a wall that was not at all noticeable using an infrared device. This could have eventually caused a mold problem or other damage before it was visible.
    I highly recommend this company for their capabilities and completeness.
