  I had the pleasure of working with Kimiko on a renovation for my triplex in Cincinnati, Ohio, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, she was incredibly communicative, ensuring I was always updated on progress, options, and next steps. Her timeliness and efficiency kept the project on track, and her creativity in finding cost-effective solutions was invaluable. She is extremeley well-rounded and has expertise in not only design and renovations but also property management, real estate, short term rental design and furnishing, etc. If she doesn’t have a solution, she has a multitude of connections who can help an out-of-state investor like me with problem-solving.
  
  One of Kimiko’s standout qualities is that she truly has no limits when it comes to helping her clients. Even with her busy schedule, she remained exceptionally communicative and on top of making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. She takes ownership of her projects and goes above and beyond to ensure the final result exceeds expectations.
  
  If you’re looking for a dedicated, talented, and customer-focused designer and renovation specialist, I highly recommend Kimiko. She made what could have been a stressful renovation process smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable! Five stars all the way!

  I hope you don’t skip long reviews. I like reviews with details, so you first know it’s legit, and you know exactly what you can expect from the business owner. First thing first, Kimiko is AWESOME! I worked with her on my first investment property in Cincinnati, she and her crew simply made the remodel work magnitudes easier than I thought it would be. I bet you heard all the horror stories with contractors fleeing with your deposit, dumping your projects halfway, cutting corners every way they can, deliver you surprises daily and mark up everything along the way. Well, you won’t get any of those from them. Kimiko stayed on top of everything they do and gave constant clear communications and timely expense report. I had cracked bathtub tiles which may need complete replacement since no one manufacture such tiles anymore, but she would find ways to match very similar tiles and push against me replacing all of them since it’s not a big deal after replacing big cracked tiles and leave the fine-lined ones there after sealing them. She’d plain out tell me no need to do certain work, especially stay away from adding another half bath in the basement, which will be costly, and no one would use them if I don’t plan to finish the whole basement. She’d suggest me not to spend extra on handrails since there are only 3 stairs from the ground. She’d provide creative solutions like installing 2 regular blinds on a window rather than a giant blind which would cost 3 times more than 2 regular blinds. Oh, I know in the end, investors care about price the most, but it’s not just the upfront quote someone can provide, but the quality of the work, reliability, accountability, communications, and hard working that matter more than price itself. If you still only care about price, well, Kimiko gave almost the best quote I received from 5 licensed GCs, but considering all the characteristics that I value before price, I went with Kimiko, and never regretted from start to finish.

  Kimiko was fabulous in my recent remodel. Project was on time and on budget. The thought of undertaking a cross country remodel was daunting . . .but Kimiko made it as easy and stress-free as possible. I hope to work with her again in the future.

  Kimiko is an absolute treasure! She has designed 2 of our investment properties and they requests we get based on the design alone is absolutely incredible. She is worth it! If you're looking to be hands off in the process, don't hesitate to let her pick out the decor and furnishings, as her taste is impeccable! We will always continue using her for our future investments!

  I was introduced to Kimiko after working with her significant other, Rob. Man these two are a dynamic powerhouse! I had the pleasure of working with Kimiko on a flip and I owe so much to her and her contractor! Kimiko was very communicative, organized and kept me accountable, and delivered on an incredible reno. Her expertise in RE market and her design eye we're invaluable. I've dealt with a lot of dishonest people in construction / REI world, so when you find someone who is genuine, follows through on their word, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their clients, you've hit the jackpot.   Kimiko is an amazing person to work with. I bought a property out of state and needed help with renovating and she did such an amazing job. Throughout the entire process she was very clear with what to expect and what the next steps are. I love how she over communicated and kept me updated throughout the entire process of the project. She was very organized when it came to purchases, budgets, and project deadlines. She made the whole process smooth and effortless, a job well done.

  Kimiko was fantastic to work with. She was punctual and professional. She was quick to respond in communication of any kind and intervened when any issues with contractors arose. She took feedback well and provided very practical information for why she made the design suggestions that she did.

  100% would recommend. We bought an out-of-state property that needed a lot of work. The entire time we knew exactly what was completed and what was up next. Kimiko handled all of the communication, billing, and coordination with all of our contractors. She handled all of the design, renovations, and lite staging. Her communication was nearly daily- she provided videos, texts, expense reports etc. We will absolutely be using her services again.
