This company cuts grass on Ferry Rd. When RL shows up with their large truck, trailer, equipment they take up over half the road. It's a narrow road and they park at the bottom of a hill where the sight distance is limited. It is also a high speed road making the situation RL creates to be very unsafe for drivers. Rindler Landscape parks next to a heavy metal mailbox making it difficult, for cars to safely pass. Also there's a sharp curve with cars that quickly come around before accelerating up the hill. Add RL with over sized equipment taking up over half the road, it's extremely dangerous. Multiple neighbors/farmers trying to move equipment are annoyed. RL could easily park in the homeowners driveway. RL has been asked not to cause this issue multiple times. Dan Rindler does nothing to correct this situation.

The client/neighbor appears to be using RL in his passive aggressive nastiness towards another neighbor. Ex: RL blows grass into the neighbors yard. The property line is clearly marked. Dan Rindler has been asked to keep his crew off the next door neighbor's property. It appears Dan Rindler has done nothing to correct this situation as it continues weekly.

This week Rindler Landscape weed whipped an area that has never been mowed or weed whipped before by them. This area had new shrubs planted by an elderly lady. Rindler Landscape weed whipped these shrubs knocking off limbs and shredding stems to the point where they won't likely live. In asking Dan Rindler to replace these damaged shrubs he was rude. He later stated he would ask his insurance adjuster to look at them and dismissed the damage Rindler Landscape had done to another person's private property.

Is Rindler Landscape a company you would use knowing they have repeatedly been asked to rectify their business practices concerning their creation of dangerous road situations and non respect of other's private property? Would you call this ethically ok?
