      I went to this establishment for an oil change. After one week, the engine started smoking. My daughter looked under the hood and saw there was not enough oil. We had to stop at a gas station and put oil in the car, upon checking the receipt I realized the store didn't do half of the services on the receipt. My daughter called the manager, Will. Wil said to bring the car in to be checked. Will advised that everything looked fine, no leaks. The reasoning was that maybe the car just burns more oil. First of all, I guess the car did look fine after I put the oil in it to stop it from smoking! That was not acceptable. I paid for the services on that paper including the oil change, and the services were not provided. Will was not helpful. I want a refund.

      Thank you for
      contacting us regarding ******* *******’s complaint and the Jiffy Lube service
      with his 2009 GMC Acadia.

      *** ******* brought
      his 2009 GMC Acadia into the Jiffy Lube store on February 26th. At
      the time of the service his Acadia had 151,279 miles on it. According to our
      company’s records this was the first time his GMC Acadia has been serviced at
      any of our Jiffy Lube stores. Since the Jiffy Lube store manager was not able
      to verify any issues when *** ******* brought his vehicle back to the store
      location, reimbursement was not offered at the store. After speaking with the
      store manager and district manager, on a customer relations basis only, our
      company can offer a gift card towards a future Jiffy Lube service if that is
      acceptable to *** *******. Please have *** ******* contact me directly if he
      wishes to accept our offer.
