      We built a custom home and as part of the process, we ordered appliances in February 2023. We received the keys to our new home in October. Originally there was an issue of Custom Distributors not having the refrigerator on time. It ended up working out. However when appliances were delivered, the water wasn’t hooked up. Water had been turned on this point, as move in was less than a week away. Susan argued and said they don’t do that. If you pay for installation, they do that. Additionally, the delivery guys left the slider door wide open all night and left a dirty mess, which our builder kindly cleaned for us. Custom distributors ordered incorrect parts for the hood vent. Was told by Susan that the earliest we could get on the schedule was 3 weeks away!! What kind of customer service is that?! She even said the part was in. We ended up hooking the water up ourselves. After notifying Ginger Greenhaw of the issues, she offered a refund of the installation as it wasn’t done properly and got our re-install of the hood moved up by a week (still 2 weeks away). She assured me that the install guys would be equipped with a Swiffer to avoid dirtying anyone else’s homes. However when they came back, no Swiffer! She ignored any texts or calls regarding refund of install. We also received parts we didn’t need. These people are rude and provide terrible service. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!
