    Believe the negative reviews. As another reviewer stated, Gary is great until he's not. He does not take responsibility for broken or damaged things. He didn't even have any type of a contract when I hired him. If you hire them to pack your things and they run out of boxes, they will throw the last things all together into one giant garment box, and they will not survive the move. They will waste all of their bubble wrap on random items, and then when they run out, they'll just throw sentimental items and collectibles into whatever container they can find. You might have giant scratches in your solid wood table. You might not be able to get the metal bed frame put back together because it has been bent out of shape. And he will insist it wasn't his fault and do everything he can to dodge you.

    We have not moved a person with this name in the past 23 years. There is a tiny chance that we did this job without appearing on our schedule somehow but this is highly unlikely. The circumstances do not sound familiar either. Please contact me directly at 937 433-4357 and let's try to figure out what happened and the best steps forward from here.

    Unfortunately, I would leave a zero if possible. Gary is very professional, isn't he? I thought he was AAAmazing too, until until things didn't go his way. So I decided to leave a BBBetter-listen-up review for those seeing all these “Gary is so great” lines here. You see, I hired him and his guys on three occasions. It went well. Twice. Third times the charm.
    I should have known. I never received a proper invoice. I never received a notice regarding my rights or insurance claims. I never received…anything of the sort any of these times.
    Gary doesn’t follow the rules. He will not follow up if something is broken, he does not offer insurance or ‘claims,’ and you will have to sue him.
    I made an agreement with him, that I would pay the full amount due upon receipt of my title company settlement. This was a payment within one week of service, mind you. A very normal consideration in the world of business and pay for service. He was more than happy. Until it was time to pay. Suddenly, it had slipped his mind. And suddenly, his boss was angry and saying, “ told ya so.” Come to find out, Gary didn’t have a boss. Just a good, old manipulative spirit.
    My bad, then, when I agreed to use his services anyways. Want to see my pictures?
    When all was said and done, I had countless broken items, a garage full of junk piled like fools had done it, and no response, from this guy. My move isn’t finished as per agreed. He charged me way more than quoted, and wont return a call.

    Excellent. Professional. Courteous. Arranged a piano move from Dayton to SE Michigan and they did a great job. Had trouble finding someone to do the job, but they stepped up a helped us out.
