I bought product online from this store. #*****. The order was never deliver even though they said it was by the USPS. I life in a single family home. We have a central area in the neighborhood where everyone has a locked mailbox for their mail. **** who answered my email told me to check that the shipping label address was correct and with he USPS for delivery prior to helping me. I went to them and they showed the GPS took the package to this group of mailboxes but they have no way of confirming which box it was actually put into. They stated the mailman most likely put it in the wrong box if I did not receive it.

I then explained this to **** who had said if they delivered it to the wrong house he would help me. He then told me I had no way of proofing it was not delivered to me. Even though he had previously stated he would gladly help me. I paid for a product and I should be refunded or have the product delivered.

I should have looked at their facebook page and instagram page better. I would have noticed they do not allow reviews or anyone to comment on their posts.

    Business Response

Hello.  I understand how frustrating this is. It's not good for our business and it's extremely frustrating for the customer.  We are a very small business and rely on the USPS to deliver our products in a timely manner, and we have to rely on the digital details provided by the USPS.  We can see that the tracking for this package says "delivered."  The address on the label was correct and the GPS location of the delivery is correct.  We have to rely on these details provided by the USPS. We do go out of our way to help with packages that are lost, damaged, and RTS (returned to sender) for various reasons.  If a package is not delivered according to the tracking we will do everything we can to track it down or file a claim and resend it.  But in this instance the package is described as delivered.  In most cases when a package is inadvertently placed in the wrong box, the recipient delivers the package to the correct address. Packages can also be picked up by others that have the key (spouses, roommates, children etc.). This is an unfortunate situation and we wish that the experience had been positive for the customer.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: what they are failing to even acknowledge is that I have a community mail box location. The GPS will show the location of boxes for 75 houses. I reached out to neighbors that have boxes in my same box group 10 neighbors none of them got it. I posted in the neighborhood facebook group and no one replied they had it. The post office can not with GPS confirmation confirm it was in my box just that it in that area. I spent $120 and their solution was a $30 coupon so they can get more of my money with me having nothing to show for it. They maybe a small business but this is not how you treat customers especially if you want your business to grow!

    Sincerely,
