    I went into gem city on 10/24/23 to ask them for a transfer to my new orthodontist. I communicated to them that I’ve been trying to contact them for over a year and how four of my teeth are in pain and are cracked open. We also have left messages. I was met with attitude and rebuttals saying that wasn’t true and the orthodontist has been answering the phone for the past year and hasn’t gotten any messages. My mother called right before I walked in the office that day and her call wasn’t answered, but when I walked in the orthodontist was sitting at the front desk and answered another call in front of me, but didn’t answer when my mother called. We have left several messages with no call back and their voicemail says 1-3 business days for a callback. My new orthodontist was called in front of me to get their email to send my transfer paperwork. I was told before I left they would sent it, it has been over a month and my transfer still hasn’t been sent over so that I can get the treatment I need. My mouth is in constant pain and my dentist can’t fix my teeth because there are brackets on the teeth that need fixed.

    I have tried to contact this business for the last 60 days and they do not return my calls or answer their phones. I have left several messages asking for a reply and I get no call back. I have even said in the message that if they no longer want my son to return there to call me back so I know but I have not gotten any reply. This is very unprofessional.
