      If you want to be forced to have procedures in order to obtain your pain meds, this is the place for you. But if you refuse any procedure that helps you or not you will be met with a threat to be terminated from the program . The founder of the Clinic DOC ***** was a compassionate person, however when he passed, the people who took over had a much different view of the patients. We are $$$ not people. I was a patient for more than 10 years, but after DOC passed, they began to force procedures on me with the threat. “If you don’t have this done you can’t stay in the program” knowing full well you are dependant on the meds they provide. I fought over procedures scheduled while my wife was having brain surgery. When they said they did not care about my wife. Which they will deny I had a heated argument with management. Ultimately they kicked me out of the program. Which they say they did not but underhanded they did.
      Please do your homework on this place. It is not all that it looks like. They want your insurance money, nothing moe nothing less.

      This place is no good. nurse practitioner refused to fill any pain medication because I told her that the ones the doctor prescribed were not working. She would not finish listening to me when I was trying to tell her I did not want to feel like I was on drugs 24 hours a day. So I had to send a couple messages through the portal and I never heard back from the doctor, but some lady named Stephanie called me and told me the nurse practitioner talked about messages. I kept sending her. I sent her one message in the doctor two Messages. Now they have me blocked on the portal to try to contact the doctor. I don’t think the doctor ever seen the messages I sent him. This place is a joke!

      I had my first appointment this past Friday. After having a horrible time trying to get in with pain management and after a few failed attempts elsewhere I heard of DOC. To my surprise and joy they actually accepted my insurance, there aren’t many that do, and they were able to get me scheduled within less than a week. The women in reception were polite and helpful. The medical assistant was sure to go over all of my filled new patient paperwork as it was added to the computer to ensure everything was entered correctly. And then comes the doctor. I have never felt more heard by a doctor as I did at this appointment. I wasn’t rushed through so they could filter more and more patients through, but rather he sat and took the time to find all about my pain and what started it, what aggravates it or makes it better, and much more. He also did an extremely thorough physical exam. And then I saw Jackie I believe was her name, a NP, and she came in to discuss what they’d like to do with me moving forward and made sure to answer any questions and explained all interventions very well. I think I’m going to be very happy and very well cared for here.

      They are scumbags out for your cash ! They throw grannis, and granpas out will no adjustments they do you any way they please.......
