  They suck, get what you pay for. Original quote misleading and not clear. All of driveway was NOT sealed so curb has flaked apart after winter. Called and tried to get fixed but they ignored me, said I could another new curb for $1800. They'll never get another penny out of me, nor any recommendation to others wanting driveway work.

  Houser did a terrible job on my driveway sealant. The coating was too thin and peaked off. They came back and still sane results I asked them to come and they never did nor did they return my calls. Just had a much better job. Never use Houser. They may be cheap but you get what you pay for and their response is unsatisfactory Greg

  Received a quote in Jan 2023 for insurance claim and called them in March schedule and review the job before having them come out. Started to play a lot of games with me through email. Terrible customer service dealing with Debbie she did a poor job on representing the company and receiving and email within couple of days saying that they no longer wanted to do the job and wouldn’t give me any reason to why not they weren’t doing the work andI would not recommend them to a residential customer. This was a simple repair job on a driveway. very poor business experience and don’t hold up to there quotes.

  The lowest rating scale for Houser Paving is not LOW ENOUGH for the quality of paving, workmanship and customer concerns for the recent driveway Houser did on my driveway. In a dialogue with the sales rep concerning the varying colors of the pavement, slightly uneven. varying colors of the pavement and in places and the small ridge at the edge of the garage creating a bump when driving in and leaving and also collecting small amount of water when the door is down and the small ridge/step up from the walk from the house to drive way they said the surface problems "could be caused by to cool paving material and/or distance from factory to my home. When questioning this, the rep was more interested in pontificating their 10 year success in the real estate business. Really, they left in a huff. In trying to get some help on the problems Houser office was more adamant about getting payment.

  They did a great job on the initial application
  But were supposed to do another seal coat 3 months later - first they couldn't find the contract - then when I sent them mine they had other excuses and now it's "out of season with the temps"
  They are a rip off I wish I had read the other reviews - they came as a recommendation from someone I trusted

  Ms. D******* is very mistaken. We paved her driveway 06/09/22 as per the accepted contract. She did not sign for the seal to be done. Because of that, it was not in the file to be done 3-4 months later. By the time she called on 10/25/22, it was too late and too cold to be sealed this season. If she would like her driveway to be sealed, she can sign for it and we will seal in the Spring, 2023.

  They did a terrible job on seal coating my driveway. They didn't fill in all of the cracks and you could see exposed areas where they barely even coated several spots of the driveway.
  I had to call them and a guy came out and agreed that it was a half *** job. So they come out a couple of weeks later and attempted to do it again. This time the coating was better, but they still didn't fill in the cracks right in front of the front porch.
  Then, we didn't receive an invoice and they call and threaten to put a lean on our property for a bill that was supposed to be a $500 job. They say that they're not responsible for the mail service, but apparently I am?
  They state that if the mail wasn't returned to them, that we got it and they have to have special approval to take payment over the phone with a 4.5% fee, so went today to pay in person and the person in charge wasn't there
  If you like a company that does have ass work, with shady employees on your property, and terrible organizational values these guys are for you!
