    As someone who has served in law enforcement for over 30 years, I am very particular about who I allow to work on my property. Having seen firsthand how some companies operate, I know there are businesses that can be dishonest or take advantage of customers.

    In addition to my career, I also flip houses on the side. During my last project, I discovered the property was infested with termites. I take pride in providing quality homes and would never sell a property with hidden issues. However, since many of these homes are out of town, it can be difficult for me to be on-site while contractors' work. Because of this, I needed a company I could trust implicitly.

    I didn’t want to hire just anyone, so I interviewed several pest control companies. Of course, I was looking for fair pricing, but more importantly, I was seeking trustworthy service. After multiple interviews, I decided to go with Brown Pest Control—and from day one, they exceeded my expectations.

    Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail were apparent right from the start. Robert Brown, the owner, personally visited the property and assured me that his team would completely eliminate the termite issue. He kept his word, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

    While I interacted with several team members, Aricka, Lisa, Cole, and Josh truly stood out. Each of them demonstrated exceptional knowledge of pest control and upheld the company’s high standards.
