    I just had a repair at my condo by RooterPlus. I am beyond angry at their service and just wanted to pass on the review I provided on Google. By the way, I told the owner I was going to submit a Google review and he said "go ahead, I don't care". So here it is RooterPlus came and totally overpriced everything. We requested a fix for the flapper and the guy came and told my wife she needed a new toilet. By the time I got home and talked to the guy to tell him jist to replace the flapper, the guy cut the pipes, saying he had approval from my wife initially. I then told him to just replace the flapper and he and his boss (I assume the owner) said that since he cut the pipe, just replacing the flapper would be $100 less than a new toilet (which they are charging $800 for). This company is a total rip-off and I would recommend finding another plumber, unless you want to pay for unneeded repairs! I gave them 1 star because there is nothing below that available.
