Needed toilet flange installed which could of been done for $165, but they charged me $1100. Called to complain on the charge but they said sorry charlie. Any future work will be done DIY, save my money, etc.

After soliciting the company for two simple repairs, the install of a garbage disposal which I bought, and the install of an outside spigot which was directly connected to the kitchen cabinet area and very easily accessible which I also purchased. They wanted to charge me $1,300. So I called and said I thought the quote was extremely high. They knocked it down to 8:50 because they told me I had to have a shut-off valve and electrical work done which was absolutely not true. I don't know if the technician put that on the quote or if they did that in the office, but I didn't need either of those services. They then knocked the bill down to $775 because they knew they had overcharged. I called a friend who is a general contractor and ask if he could do the job. He came over in in two and a half hours had it completed and charged me $500. I don't know who is paying this company that kind of money, but they are crazy. Will not contact this company again

Video of interaction with Tech that they sent out to look at the damages they caused plus a personal message. **************************** Last week I had a plumbing issue and I called Spartan Plumbing to fix it. They were unable to clear the larger issue, which is fine. We hired another company to do that. They did, however cause a second clog, which ended up flooding our laundry room. I called and asked for someone to come out to take a look. They did not return my call. I called again and the manager proceeded to talk down to me and tell me that they were not liable, but sent someone out anyway. The second set of techs did the exact same thing that I did and turned on the washer, which again flooded my laundry room. They cleaned it up partially but did not fully clean it. They confirmed that the previous tech caused the problem and someone would call me. They never called.I called back and was told that they "could have charged me for sending techs out" and they didn't need to move the washer to remove the water under it because "there was already water damage on the floor". I was told that I "want to be irritated" by the situation and I was told not to go this route and what I requested was against policy. No one told me not to do anything and how do I know their company policy? They sent a tech out finally to review the damage after discovering that we never signed a liability waiver. I thought it was a good faith effort to resolve the issue. Boy, was I wrong. It looks like they sent their tech out to gauge the damage to see if there was enough for me to hire a lawyer. Since it wasn't, I am not worth their time.I emailed the owner. He blamed the entire thing on me and will not discuss the issue. My husband called and was hung up on and told to stop calling, they are busy and they will no longer be taking our calls.

You be the judge. Don't be fooled by their 4.9 Google review rating. It's a scheme. Please read the other negative reviews about their outrageous charges. They are anxious to get everyone's review to drown out the negative reviews, like mine, that clearly expose their outrageous charges. I wanted two washer water supply shutoffs replaced, The repair was very simple. The valves simply screw out from the base and the new valves screw back on. Both were replaced in 10 minutes total. My research suggests that these valves sell for $40 each, or less. I was charged $469 less a 10% veteran discount. My final cost was $422.10. There was no other work performed though the technician spent quite some time trying to sell me other options. There is NO reasonable explanation for a $422 charge. This is outrageous and a scam. They are not a BBB accredited business. Surprise, surprise. Please take the time to read their negative Google reviews. They indicate the same.

      Dear Bill,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the high standards we strive to uphold. We take pride in our work and in the trust our customers place in us, so it is disheartening to learn about any instance where we may have fallen short.

Regarding the pricing, we ensure that all charges are communicated transparently before any work begins, and our prices are structured to reflect not just the cost of materials, but also the expertise of our certified technicians, the assurance of quality, and the guarantee of service we provide. We understand how important value is to our customers, and we are constantly looking to balance quality service with cost efficiency.

We are grateful for your service to our country and were happy to extend a veteran's discount as a token of our appreciation. We regret if the overall cost still felt disproportionate to the work performed, and we take your perspective seriously.

As a local business, continuous improvement is important to us, and we will take your comments into account as we review our pricing structure. Customer feedback is crucial in helping us grow and improve. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected] if you would like to discuss this matter further or if there is anything else we can do for you.

Thank you again for your feedback, and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
