    I was referred to Ron West & Sons by a friend who had work done for them & was satisfied I contacted them on 6/16/23 to fix my ice maker on my frig. They called me @ 10:30 and said they could come out that night. He said he had to order the part as indicated on the receipt attached. I paid him $308.03 & he said the part should be in on the 18th of June. I called at that time & he said (his wife) that it would be delivered to their house & would call when it comes. I’ve called several times since & have not gotten an answer or a return call. Athis point 7/3/26. I want all my $ back. See Attached

    The company came out to clear a clogged drain on Sunday April 2nd, on Thursday April 6th the drain backed up and we had water coming from under our commode. My husband called approx 10am, *** said he would be out within an 1- 1/2 hr… we called numerous times thereafter and he did not pick up and never showed. We went out of town for the weekend, attempted to reach *** when we returned and he is not returning our call at all. We had a friend come to look at it and he cleared the clogged drain for us, and noticed that the cap to the main drain was not even placed back on. *** and his wife were both very nice, but as far as the work… we feel cheated.

    Per company policy the drain line was no longer under warranty due to the Richardson's having someone else snake the drain. When we were out there the 1st time we gave them business cards and made sure they were aware the replacement business phone was supposed to arrive the following day... I also questioned why they could not reach out to us on Facebook which is where they originally contacted us. Calling our home phone( we are never around and no on ever calls) and not leaving message... How was I supposed to know they called. They day we were suppose to go back out they had called glyhe home phone luckily ton was sitting by it an noticed. He had a seizure before we could leave the house and it totally slipped both our minds die to not having a log of it like you would on a cell phone. But they were never ever told that it was a good number to contact us on which is why I gave them business cards.
