This company who I never even heard of is charging me monthly. I try to contact someone from this company but I don’t get any answer. The website also doesn’t say anything either. Other people are also having the same issue but the company is ignoring them and replying to other reviews. Sounds like a scam to me

The charges on your account may be associated with the newspaper services, which were a part of our company until early 2020. Dayton Daily News, Springfield News-Sun, Journal-News, all newspaper-related products, and Dayton.com are now owned by Cox First Media. While due to a technical error, the charges may still show on your account as Cox Media Group, the provided services and related transactions are not affiliated with our company. So tired of there business practices from there terrible delivery of newspaper to there disgusting practices of charging satellite customers when we can get it over the air for free. Its disgusting and very unprofessional I only hope someone can and will hold them accountable for there thieving actionsCox Media Group Ohio

Considering that I have been attempting to close a fraudulent account that was set up with my payment information for the last 6 or so months, with no success, If 0 stars was an option, I would take it. Multiple Customer service reps assured me that the issue would be dealt with and my money would be returned, and that couldn't be farther from the truth!
They are still charging me. Short of completely closing my bank account, I have no idea how to stop this. They keep asking me for the account PIN and account number, but can't seem to understand that I don't have it because the account is fraudulent. I've told them this multiple times, to no avail.
My final recourse is to hire a lawyer and post a review here to warn any other poor sods who end up in my circumstances. DO NOT expect a reasonable, fair outcome from this place.Cox Media Group Ohio
