    Horribly dishonest and shady company. Air conditioner was installed in July of 2021. It kept freezing up and would not cool the house. They finally replaced a part in November of 2021. They did not test the air conditioner after installing the part. We turned the air conditioner on the following spring and we had the exact same problem. Our neighbor talked to the lead technician while they were working on another job and asked about our air conditioner. He replied that they would not be back because they knew it was installed improperly. The 2 technicians that installed our air conditioner were fired right after our job. They, now, claim that they need to redo our ductwork and want to charge an additional $2800. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with.
