      I purchased 6 books of McDonalds Valentine coupons from Beavercreek McDonalds from manager. I was told to disregard the expiration date and all 4 could be used on each visit. I gave coupons to my grand daughter. She tried using all 4 today. She was told she could use only one. I called Linden Ave McDonalds today and asked for manager and she said they had no customers that used those coupons today. She also said she could come back and she could use all4. I asked her 3 or 4 times for her name and she would not give it to me, but she would not honor the 4 coupons all the time. I then told her that I am contacting McDonalds CEO and Chairman of Board Mr. ***** *********** and Trip Advisor on this matter. She hung up on me and I called back and hung up on me again. Icalled back a third time and they would not answer.

      In regards to this complaint, unfortunately we do not sell Valentine's day booklets at the Linden Avenue location.  In order for the customer to receive a refund for the purchase of the coupon booklets he would need to go to the location of purchase.  On all McDonald's coupons it states only one coupon per visit per customer.  If the Beavercreek manager promised him that she would take all expired coupons in one visit, then he would need to visit that location.  There is two in Beavercreek, I'm not sure which one he originally went to but one is a different franchise from our location at Linden Avenue and one is a corporate location.  We regularly take coupons from different McDonald's but we do abide by one per visit per customer.
