    My wife and I are very pleased with the service provided by Josh Sparks. We asked Josh to stop by and provide us with a free estimate of clearing debris from our overflowing two-story front house gutter. The overflowing front and rear gutters have been a recent problem these last few years due to the very small helicopter seeds from a neighboring tree that easily go through the gutter guards. Josh telephoned us before arriving and showed up on time. He carefully listened to our explanation regarding the recent history of gutter clogs. Josh went up on the roof to size up the problem. He immediately saw it was just a handful of helicopter seeds blocking the down spout. Josh carefully lifted the gutter guard and removed the debris. While on the roof he examined the status of the roof shingles and brick chimney structure. Josh provided us with an estimate of how much life span was left in the shingles and showed us pictures of some cracked and missing mortar joints in the chimney structure.
    Josh refused to take any money for fixing our gutter overflow problem. We are now awaiting his estimate to tuck point repair segments of the chimney. In our opinion, Josh Sparks is a highly personable and qualified professional who we would not hesitate to call again for a wide range of new/repair roofing and construction issues.

    These guys are amazing. They came out and replaced my roof after. They worked with me on the price, Were not pushy nor did they try to upsell me with other services. They even found some missing insulation in part of my attic, and willingly used some insulation I had lying around to fill in the gaps. Most companies would have ignored this issue or tried to upsell me. But not Chimney Rock. They are great

    Josh and his crew were professional. Everything was cleaned up when they completed the new roof. I have no complaints and would recommend Chimney Rock, without hesitation, to anyone needing a roof. Josh is very honest and you can put your trust in him and Chimney Rock.

    They are super professional and very friendly. They went way beyond what they were supposed to do. We had a new roof gutters with gutter guards and the end a new chimney top. Did a phenomenal job and they came in under budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality work.
