    We have worked with many general contractors over the years, and hands down Brandon and his team at Reformation General Contracting, LLC have been by far the best general contractor we have worked with! Brandon and his team completed a basement finishing and remodel project to add an additional dedicated office space to our home. Brandon's communication throughout the project was impeccable. His team worked quickly and diligently to achieve target project timelines. The team was very cautious as they maneuvered materials in and out of the home, working hard to ensure the rest of the house was kept clean and unharmed by project materials. The final project is absolutely stunning! Their work in finishing the space is a 10/10. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. We loved our experience working with Brandon and his team and look forward to working with them again in the future!

    Be careful of these people starting out was going to fix everything then just wanted to do the bigger jobs more money and I don't like the way they do their business been here several days and be glad when they leave

    Firstly, I want to be upfront about the siding incident. You were right to be upset when we left part of your barn exposed, and I can't apologize enough for the concern and inconvenience it caused you. We pride ourselves on being responsive and accountable, so when you called, we acted immediately to secure and finish the job, even working late into the night to ensure everything was right. Mistakes happen, but it's how we handle them that truly matters, and we did everything we could to correct ours swiftly.
    Regarding your concerns about pricing and the scope of work, I want to clarify that we operate with complete transparency. Our pricing and the work we undertake are directly determined by the insurance company's approval and guidelines. We worked hard to maximize your claim, covering not just the essentials but also adding upgrades and additional repairs at our expense to ensure the best outcome for your property. This wasn't about the money for us; it was about doing right by you and your property.
    I understand that the process can be overwhelming and sometimes frustrating. Your wife mentioned you might have been feeling the strain, and I get it. Restoring and improving a property after damage is a big deal, and emotions can run high. We always aim to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible for our clients, and I'm sorry if we fell short of making you feel supported through every step.
    I've taken your feedback to heart, Mr. Parsons. It's important to me and to everyone at Reformation General Contracting that we learn from this. We're not just a business; we're a team of people who care deeply about our work and the people we do it for. If there's anything more we can do to make things right by you, I'm here and ready to talk.
