Briefly, I entered into an agreement with True Blue Improvements LLC to remove tiles, repair, and repave a front porch as well as it’s connected walkway for $1,750. Additionally, they stated that there could be some additional costs once tiles were removed. After removal of tiles and some repairs the company associates left for the day not fully completing promised repairs and removal of all tile fragments. Before their departure True Blue Improvements, asked for full payment. On Tuesday September 5th, 2023, believing that they would come back to complete the job I gave them payment in full. Unfortunately, I received a call later that day stating that completion of job would now cost more than three times the agreed upon amount. In fact, completion costs changed 3 times ranging from $5,800, $4,950, and $3,900. Truthfully, if I knew the completion costs would be marked up three times over original price after partial completion, I would have never hired True Blue Improvements LLC. Consequently, I respectfully request your help in mediating a solution in this matter. Thank you for your understanding and time.

Customer called me for Sealcoating her driveway after I had finished a property next door.  I gave them a quote of $1000 to seal the driveway.  Which I scheduled and completed. After driveway was complete Customer asked for a price to do a demo project. Which she stated she wanted tile removal of the front porch including the sidewalk. Concerned she or family members would fall in the winter. I quoted the job for $1872.00 which we negotiated to do the removal of porch tiles and sidewalk we agreed to do for$1750.00 since they just had us do the driveway.  Worked 2 days until completed  Taking careful measures to not damage the concrete underneath. Never received a penny until it was complete . Repair of two corners of concrete missing. Also repaired a third at no cost. After taking tile to the Montgomery County dump which records are kept under Mike hill .Went back around 7 pm to remove holds for replacement of corners. Customer was very satisfied with the job we did. Made a payment of 1,750.00 cash. Proceeds to ask if we could Resurface the entire porch and put a epoxy finish in gray with sparkle on entire porch and sidewalk .Plus add extensions of new concrete on both sides since they we're old was starting to crack to save the steel railing which had completely rusted off. Railing would have to be removed and replaced with new anchor system which included adding additional concrete to both sides. Told her I would call later after she decided color and epoxy sparkle she wanted. She sent the color she wanted. I worked the first estimate for epoxy 2 coat process with  sparkle/ Resurfacing entire porch and sidewalk and extensions of new 4 inches of new concrete construction on each side and front of porch. So we could reinstall the Iron railing which had broken off from rusting.   Estimate total was $5,850 let her know I would do it $4,900 Gave ****** a second estimate for all the same work except suggested to save money she could just do full repair of porch sidewalk / Reinstall of Iron fencing and not go with the 2 part epoxy finish and just paint it which total was $4,600 which I could do for $3,900 customer stated she didn't want to spend that . She said she would call back to let me know. She called back 5 minutes later stated she didn't want to have the work done. Also attached before during and after pictures of tile demolition completed as contracted to do. ********* ********** at True Blue Improvements llc.
