      Paid for a house rental and they took my money but no house had to pay 550.00 for rooms after being screwed by soda llc I would like my 227.00 plus the 550 I had to pay out for rooms

      I booked a condo through Soda Stays on February 20, 2023. I received an email confirmation with a link that had details of my booking. My condo was booked for Friday April 14 - Sunday April 16. In the confirmation email, it stated I would receive my access code to the room 24 hours prior to my check-in. On Thursday April 13, I never received my access code. There was a phone number listed on the email that said I could text with any questions, so I texted the number asking for the access code. The person on the other end didn't have knowledge of my stay and said they would look into it for me. They then said they could get back with me the following day. The following day I ended up reaching out again and at that point they told me there was maintenance issues with my room and to email "[email protected]" for a full refund. I did do so, and I never got a response. I texted asking when I could expect a response and they said they would check the email. Since then, I have not had any further response from them, and the link on my email with my reservation details has been deleted. An "error" page shows up now (even prior to my check-in). I want a refund of $217.00

      Went in a contract for Soda Stays to manage my property that is a short term rental using their *********, ** branch. They took all my logins and changed all my short term rental profiles to their business and used their associates to start bookings and messages with guest. They had me send a $500.00 reserve for any maintenance needed on the property, which I sent to them before they started managing my property. They managed for two guest and then complete stopped, they didn't send cleaners out for guest arriving on the same day and we noticed no camera activity before these guest arrived so we checked and no cleaning had been done. I contacted Soda Stays phone services and they said that something happened to my contract and they are no longer managing my property. I had to cancel on guest within 2 hours of their stay and this was the first time I have ever had to do that with a full refund of course for them. Soda Stays never contacted me to let me know that they were no managing my property no more, that no cleaners where coming out. I have attempted calling them, messaging them, emailing them and leaving multiple VM's with no returns. I would love an explanation as well as a refund for my reserve moneys and also the ethical business ting to refund them money I lost when I had to cancel on guest of $550.00. Not one person from Soda Stays has retuned any messages, calls or emails. No one has ever explained why the contract ended abruptly even though they took over my accounts and was managing my property.

      I rented a short term stay through VRBO with Soda Stays in Dayton, Ohio. As per the email instructions on how to check into this location, I was to go to the building, type a code into a padlock on the right side of the front door and retrieve a key. Once in the lobby, I was to go to the rental unit where I would find a second lock box with a unit-key. When I got to the building and entered the code into the first lock box, the box was empty as per one of the attached photos. I tried calling Soda stays at the number provided for customer service and there was no answer. I called VRBO immediately and was informed that they were unable to contact Soda Stays also, and they were going to initiate a full refund. I have called VRBO multiple times to open cases with them as well as reached out to Soda Stays through the VRBO chat platform. We are now 11 days out from a failed stay with Soda Stays, and their only response is "we are investigating". As detailed above and through attached photos, there is very little to investigate as there was no key in the lock box to grant entry to the lobby. Yet, Soda Stays has not processed the refund and VRBO has been unsuccessful in pushing them to do so.

      1/24/2023 I booked a hotel using price line , upon my arrival it was not a hotel it was a ran down building once inside the hallways was dark the walls and doors are painted black, clutter in the hallways , elevator not working and the smell of sewage throughout the building, once we get to our room it has a lock box on the door I was given a code which I used to open it and it had no key to the unit inside I immediately text the number given to me and was told in situations like this there is another lock box downstairs containing keys to the unit I refused because it sounded like someone was already inside of the unit I messaged them and told them I was leaving and I wanted a refund and I got no response I also reached out to priceline and they didn't get a response either
